Not getting account ID and Passward

Sir,

I have applied For Demat accout in OCT in Baroda (Gujarat) but till now i have not got my account ID and Passward. And application fees Rs 500 has been deducted from my account. And your customer care people are not responding me on mobile. Right now I am unable to direct contact in baroda branch bcoz i am out of the baroda since 9 months on deputation for KG D-6 project in Kakinada (AP).
