Equest for cancellation of my sbi card

Dear Sir,

My SBI Card's validity is over.in future i do not wish to use your service.i'm not looking for renewal for new card.so, i kindly request you, pls cancel my card permanently.

But i have to pay some amount on expiry card.i want to know, how to pay balance amount on expiry card.plz suggest the same.
