We have a CUG plan under the name of Deora designers at Lucknow.
On my recent vacations to Europe i had asked for the international roaming charges in Europe for which i was told that the incoming call would be between Rs 24 to Rs 36 per minute wheras outgoing would be Rs 150 per minute.
On receiving my bill all the incoming calls are charged at Ra 200.00m per min as well as the outgoing are charged @ rs 220.00 per min.
Now i am calling Ms Mayuri sxena one of the executives who had told me about the above tarrifs but to regret saying neither she is picking up the phone nor guiding me as how should i go ahead to resolve the problem.
Now what is left ids that either i file a case against the co or surrender my telephone nos.
