Refund of Rs.1669 from Income Tax Department

I am working in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. I had filed Income Tax Return having refund of Rs.1669 for the year 09 vide ITR acknowledgement No.003014 dated 15.07.08 at special counter opened at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. My Pan No. is BIOPS5419L & designation of assessment officer is GSW 40 (2). I have still not received the refund of Rs.1669.
