Excess recovery of income tas from my pension

I am a retired employee of Department of Atomic Energy - Kalpakkam - Tamil Nadu drawing my pension vide my PPO No.459200800233 through my SB A/C No.10912122667 existing at SBI Branch - Kalpakkam 603102. In Sept a sum of Rs.21, 733 was recovered from my pension by the income tax authorities of CPPC - Mumbai as income tax They have included also my lumpsum commutaion amount of Rs.1, 81, 514 which is exempted from income tax as per income tax rules. My pension income with arrears may not exceed the income tax limit and perhaps if it exceeds also the income tax may not be this much high. I was shocked to see this and put me in mental agony. Hence the excess recovered income tax may please be refunded and credited in my SB A/C. mentioned above.
