Non payment of DCRG by the Sr. Post Master Varanasi

Sir, The Sr. Post MasterVaranasi unlawfuly stopped the payment of Rs.289245 18687= 3.07, 932.00 since 08 without any reason and cuase. I made several complaint to higher authorties but nothing is done. The above amount is duly sanctioned by the Director Postal Accounts Lucknow who is competant authority. My retirement date is 31/08
