Non receipt of DA with the monthly pension

I was getting a pro-rata pension from January 1998 while working in Nuclear power corporastion. On 31/12 I had retired on superannauation from NPC and was getting a pro-rata pension of Rs9226/pm. From January onwards the DA amount was not added to my monthly pension of Rs9226/-pm. I had sent many letters to SBI and grievence cell;but till date nothing has come out positive for me. Please do the needful to add the DA from Jan`2009 onwards. Thanks.
