Late delivery of gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

I had booked for a cylinder on 13.06.2009 . Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made 4 tmes visit & 10 times calls to the desai & company gas distributors HUBLI KARNATAKA and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

Whenever i visit the office the manager is not available and he goes for long time lunch for about 4 hours also the staff members are impolite and do not recieve the calls quite often.

HOW WE CAN TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE? WHY THEY GIVE WRONG COMMITMENT?

I hope you will take strict action as soon as possible or else we will visit court against them.
