Less hard disc space

I purchased Ezeebee computer desktop system through Ruby Global Systems, Thalassery on 06.10.2005.Once the hard disc was got repaired through the dealer (Ruby). According to Ruby the complaint occured due to 'loose contact'.The hard disc is of 40 GB.

Now the hard disc shows only a disc space below 30 GB.(09.58 * 3). I am told that disc space can not be that much low. The hard disc has warranty for 3 years. Please replace the hard disc.
