I would like to Lodge a complain against the Deutsche bank Gold Credit card No.4412841045096006 .I am holding this card for last 5 months. Suddenly on last month due to my mistake the cheque of my credit card got bounce due to mis match of the amount in words and the amount written in the column. As soon as i come to know about it immediately with in 24hrs i cleared the amount. This month i got a bill in which the bank has charge a fine for the bounce in the Cheque. I cleared that bill also with immediate effect. Suddenly the very next day a SMS is send to me in my mobile and i have been informed that my credit limit is slashed down from Rs.60000 to Rs.10000. When i call up customer care to know what went wrong i am being informed that my useage in my card is not very high so the credit limit is slashed. Immediately i told the customer care to cancel my card and from now on i will not be using it any more nor i will recommand it to any one in future. Its really a disgraceful service.
