We have booked for refilling on 23/09/09 and till date 05/10/09 we have not received the gas cylinder and as the system is automated nobody is taking responsibility for taking complaint.
On 3rd oct we visited the gas agency and was told that same day it will be delivered.
Kindly look into it urgently.
