This has been nightmare to travel everyday for Delhi to Gurgaon during morning hours, Since the time this toll has been made, there is continous jam for many hours however it was claimed to be free from traffic bolcks.
Toll has been continously increased every now and then however no care has been taken to improve the service. we have to stand for 30 -45 mintutes in the even TAG lane before reachign the toll Gate.
Is that called the Express Way. I am sorry to say people shoudl learn from other countries how highways are beein maintained.
In case there is emergency, there is no way when an Ambulane can go early as there is no lane for the same
I want somebody to really come upfront and help us.
I feel earlier road was much better than this 32 lane for which we are paying also and there is no service.
Goverment cars gets special treatment hence they do not get suffered and not have to go thru the same however we are reaching office daily late due to this jam
