Non-delivery of goods

One window ac was booked through this co. on 25/05 from hyderabad to dehradun but till date it has not arrived. an amount of transportation charges of rs 5500/ were paid in advance. when contacted every time i am told it will reach in a day or two.it was booked by my friend sh. jagu shatrange in hyderabad and was supposed to be delivered to my friend sh. hira lal kaul at dehradun from whom i was supposed to collect it. half the summer is gone and despite huge fee the service has not been effected.
