Notice Period

Dear SIr,

Please note that SRW Machinen India Limited was a sistern concern of DPPC Limited and in Appointment letter issued to employee by SRW the notice period was three months, but SRW has merged in to DPPC limited and SRW is no more and no any records in the company then why they are (Admin persons) deducting the payment as per notice period of SRW Appointment Letters.

In view of the above the DPPC group should follow the existing rules as per norms of DPPC instead of SRW.

Management already knows about it but they are drinking of Employees Hard earned income.
