First time opened DHBVNL web page and failed miserably. For e.g. to enter the site wants KNo, same is not given in DHVBN Bill. Bill No entered but lead to nowhere. HORRIBLE web site. Wanted to pay bill by internet banking, NO WAY. GOD BLESS.
