Excess power cut and low voltage

Hello,

Excess power cut almost 10hrs in a day and rest if the power is availabe then too much voltage fluctuvation and very low voltage, nither customer care nor any staff responding the call when we making the call during outage.we are paying the tax to get the paid services from Govt department but not getting the any service which can smooth our life.
