I am holding a sbi credit card from last 2years, and have been doing the payment of the same on time as well, but now the kind of intrest charged and the amount now quoted to me is beyond my limits of imagination, the intrest charged on it is a bit nerve biting and my actual amount has crossed 50000.
Last week i got a call from your delhi office and the executive asked for the payment, i requsted him that i will do the payment in 2 postadated cheques in 3 months, but just let me know the amount adjusted and i will do the payment, at that point the sum ensured by the gentleman was 35000, but now i am getting calls that your settlement cant be done sbi dont do settlement it came to me as a shock i called your customer care where i was been asked to call, i got the same answer.
Please try to maintain the dignity of a nationalised bank and i would request you to please ensure and do check my credit details, of which i am doubtfull off now.
I would like you to please get into this and ensure me a proper amount so that i can do the full and final settlemnt of this account.
I cant pay 50000 and cant take the pressure of the same every month, please try to understand my situation, and would request you to please seetle my accounts after checking the actual dues, and let me know the amount to be paid so that i can arrange for the same and do the needfull.
