Dear Concerned

i am Prativa Satpathy, Airtel post paid accnt, no-102-102854945.This is to inform you that Mr dheeraj has made a request to issue duplicate post paid bills against my account without my knowledge and concerns. I had inactivated my courier billing service for last 4-5 months. I donot have any idea under whose instruction Mr dheeraj, Airtel Employee, del_dheerajg has asked for reissuing duplicate bills and couriered to my previous address. I have undergone a huge loss both monetary and mentally becayuse of that. I have conffirmed Mr Dheeraj's name from Airtel customer care, who had marked request on 17th and 19th Nov for my sept'08 and Oct'08 bills.

I request you to take strong actions against mr dheeraj as he has violated my privacy and because of him the bills reached to some wrong persons who have misused that. The connection is on my Name and i am paying the bills, who is Mr dheeraj to request for duplicate bills without my knowledge and notice???

I need urgent reply and actions agaainst this guy otherwise i will not pay a single penny against my november bil. Got it? U can ask Mr Dheeraj to collect it from the person on whose instruction he has asked for duplicate bills. Who will compensate for my LOSS???
