About to refunding the balance amount

As per the subject my father had taken loan from DHFL and he paid all the amount before that he pledge the policy bond as security. Now he is no more alive but the reason is that the policy is in DHFL name and the respective policy cheque has been sent to that finance & their duty is to refund the whole amount & now they are not caring my words.

.The manager of DHFL, gulberga was told me to submit the doccuments. I had given all the leagle doccuments required to that, as per my mother name.

so please respond me as early as possible.
