Charging of higher interest by hyd narayanguda branch

Sir,

I have been sanctioned a partial loan Rs.4, 25, 000 on 28/1/09, on Loan My A/C No : 7815. DHFL Narayanaguda branch are charging interest - @ 12% inspite of my request to Sri. Uday, he is charging 12% interest. I have told him, that there is a news published in Business Line dated : 11-01 stating that DHFL has cut interest rates. DHFL Hyd is saying that they have not received circular from office and charging me @ 12%.

I request to kindly instruct DHFL Narayanaguda Branch to deduct (charge) less interest.
