I had subscribed for the special service that is being delivered by "dial a job". earlier i was told by the sales team that once you have deposited 2250 INR in their icici account the services of the company will commence and they will be sending me for an interview to the ICICI bank and companies like LG, Logitech etc. they were naming only the multi nationals but after the payment was made they refused to send me to these companies saying that there is no opening in them. i wonder how the opening got filled in half an hour. and after that when i called the sales team they refused to talk and said that the concerned person was on leave whereas when i made my friend called they had a word with him. that means they were lying and after selling the service they were not ready to talk to me. then an employee from the sales team had a wrong profile of mine. he was sending me useless companies for finance profile people whereas i was for marketing. and when i asked him to return the money he started acting aggresive and he was talking rudely... i really felt cheated and therefore i have wrote this mail to the complaint department. please help me and grant me justice.
