Dialer tone
Dialer tone not activated

I have more then Rs. 25 balance and i sent message for dialer tone. After that i received message for successfully charged Rs 15 for dialer tone song but dialer tone is not set yet. But idea has charged me Rs. 15. why the hell dialer tone is not set?? Is this called good service?? please do needfull for this...
