Dear sir,

i m a prepaid customer of idea cellular service on 3rd Sept when i called one of my friend who is also having idea connection that time there was some problem in idea server. i heard 5 different dialer tone instead of the the tone which he has activated.later on i got sms from idea that a dialer tone is activated on my account and deducted 15 rs. activation charge and 30 rs. 1month rent for the dialer tone. On inquiring on customer cell i was informed that i have pressed * key during the call "which i did not" and it was totally the problem of idea server but they did not accepted my point and refused to refund the balance.however i immediately applied to discontinue the dialer tone service from my account.please inform me if anything can be done in my case.

i also think there must me immediate change in this dialer tone facility. few suggestions are.

1.if a Pearson press * button by mistake and immediately inform to service provider his balance should be refund how ever service provider can charge some amount as penalty.

2.instead of single digit * it can be *# or some other two or three digit process to activate the dialer tone to avoid errors.

3.it can be a individual service instead of uniform service and person has to register first to activate one touch dialer tone service.

please take necessary action on the issue because lots of people are suffering from this unnecessary one touch dialer service and telecoms companies r earning million of money by this unfair ways.
