Non deliver of parcel

I sent an important parcel to M/s. BILT Graphic Paper Products Ltd., Tal Indapur, Pune through proffesional courier Docket No. PNQ 176879 dt 11-06-09. It was told to me that parcel will be dispatched within the 3 working days. But since 9 days over till now the parcel has not reached to Ms/ BILT. And the local proffesional office are unable to conform the status of the same.

I am evry upset by the kind of service provided by Un (Proffessional Courier).

Since the matter is most urgent I request you to look into the matter.
