Channel disconnection

Without any information channels are not telecasted and disconnections are made, inspite the fact that subsscription deposited upto February 28.

I have applied to COLORS channel and talked to your customercare man Mr. Manoj to start with it. He replies that to deposit the cash or the days will get reduced.

We have agreed to reduce the days but still no response is there.

For registering complaint for most poor service where should we go. our latest complaint no. is 18177334
