Poor and hopeless service

I just made a payment of Rs. 5508/- for the renewal of your services of VC no. 01505133712

But as the payment has been given to you, whatever channels we are receiving are stopped and now after making a payment we are unable to see any channel which are provided by you.

I made so many complaints from last three days but no body is hearing and giving me the proper and satisfactory reply.

i am mentioning the complaint no. as follows for your reference:

18631705 (Talked with Manoj)

18641162 (Talked with Vikas)

18661068 (Talked with Suman)

Every Time these three boys told that they are forwarding the complaint.

But till now the situation is same.

Is there any responsible person with whom i can talk and who can solve the problem
