Not getting transmission signal inspite of payment towards re-charge has since been made

I am customer of dishtv since 2007 with V.C. No.01504507543 and have been regularly recharging the Dish Freedom package (Regional - Oriya Bouquet) from time to time. On remittance of the recharge payment, I have received an SMS from dishtv having received the payment on 08-04 vide transaction No.26090463. But, inspite of having received the payment, the entire transmission has been suspended and abruptly stopped today 09-04 since morning and not restored so far till evening causing huge inconvenience and frustration as well as regret on account of having chosen dishtv. However, I would request dishtv should do the needful to restore transmission immediately and to inform the action taken to me.
