Dear Sir,
I am 3 years old customer of dishtv. I had recharged for Rs 250 for silver pack for 2 months, and they have deducted Rs. 40, and said me this is downgrade charge. Which was not mentioned while i was recharging. I had complained to customer care but they are not listening. Their service is very poor and thatys why they are loosing not the customer of DishTv but Zee Group of business.
