Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have bought one Dish TV connections i.e. 01 (VC # 01505679132 in the name of Mr. Naik Piyush Chhaganbhai in the month of 6th August from Vijay Agencies, Nandurbar, Maharastra.

When I purchased this connection, there was a scheme for first connection @ Rs. 4, 000.00 user will get 1 year subscriptions free for connection, charges will be Rs. 4, 000.00 per connection without any subscription charges.

Based on the above scheme I bought one connection and I have already paid additional amount of Rs. 4000.00 as a 12 months advance subscription for connection till july there should not be any due for connection.

On 10th May my connection were deactivated and on enquiring from the customer care department, I got not any answer yet, so What is the reason for disconnection? Customer Care Department of Dish TV from mumbai and dhulia did not give me any responce about my complente. As per company record, I have paid Rs. 4000.00 for above mentioned connection to the to Vijay Agencies.

As per company records and information, I have made / cleared the payments till August then I don’t know why my connections have been deactivated. Whenever I call to Vijay Agencies the only answer I get from “Fault is from our end and all the connections will be activated within 24 Hours and you will get a call from our CRC department”. From 10th May I am continuously hearing this statement. And after that I didn’t get any solution from Dish TV.

After a series of repeated follow ups My father received a call from Mumbai of CRC department. First of all the this gentlemen is not known my name also given wrong name and vc number and cut the call. He don’t know how to attend the customer.

As per Customer Care I have made the full payment, however as per Mr.sachin's record, still I have to refresh the connection or contact CRC.

After that i had recharged a Gold pack of 250/- of ITZ Dishtv card on my own risk from my cell no.9427810922 Acc.no 341174426788 pass.1180 but still after 32hours my connection is not activated.

I have already complaint to DishTV but unfortunately I have not received any response from them.

I am writing this mail to you with a high expectations, I have set and I sure and very confident, this issue will be resolved at the earliest.
