Dificiency in Service!

Hi,

I am a poor, suffered customer of dishtv. They are like anything... They inactivated my connection in spite of paying the amount at time.. IF you are going to pay this co online .. forget about it.. it will take ur details and will give SQL serrver error to show u that the amount has been deducted.. u'll try again.. after 3 days u'll find that the amount is deducted twice frm ur CC.. WOW!!!

Anybody .. could please suggest any way to sue this company for deficiency in service.. what are the proofs required for taking the case into consumer court.. Anybody plssss Help. I wanna sue this company...
