Service not provided even after recharge

Dear sir,

Your customer care toll free no.18601803474 is the worst no. which is never picked by the customer care executive. it is a mode of advertising your products/sub products checking the patience of the customer. every incidence wherein i was compelled to contact this number made me to hold the line atleast for 10-15 minutes and ultimately no executive attending to the call wasting my time and ultimately compelling me to decide about other alternatives. worst service theeeeeeeeeeee worst service i ever came across.

regarding my complaint about the availability of the services even after recharging the amount and abruptly stopping the service made me more angry. when contacted they give one or the other number and make me to run pillar to post without giving the solution or the path of solution. if this is the case, you may take back your set top box and the antenna or what ever the equipment provided by you deducting the channel charges and refund the balance amount so that i can choose atleast a little better service provider. Because, here we only listen to complaints but donot solve it. I hope this will be heard by some person in your organisation who pretends to be deaf. my vc no is :01504766170
