Pathetic customer service

The customer service for DishTv pathetic amongst the customer services services provided by service providers.

My problem is that whenever I need service of their customer service, normally I had to make 20-30 calls to rectify my problems.

There were so many such instances during the last year subscription period.

For example, just recently on 13th of August I call-Anil Communication (9350853478), which was received throungh SMS from DishTv itself intimating me for recharging my DisthTv, which was due. I requested him to recharge my DishTv for a month, just for checking their efficiency and commitment. Then, he said, it will take 15-30 minutes to re-activate the service. But neither the service was re-activated nor the person picked my further calls till now (17th August). I tried 20-30 calls within 2 days but he never picked my calls.

THIS HAPPENED EVERYTIME WHEN I SOUGHT THEIR HELP.
