Dear DishTV Customer care person,
I am one of your very very harassed customers.
I have been using DISH TV for over an year now, and have subscribed for the platinum pack.
About 1 week back, the light on my set top box started twinkling as green-orange and the transmittion stopped completely.
I made a complaint on the phone and an executive visited my house to rectify the problem.
But after just 5 mins the problem again started.
I again made a complaint for the same 2 days back.
But even after getting an SMS that a technician will be visiting my place, no one has come over till now.
Now it has been over 7 days that my TV is not working.

My complaint nos ar:30220677, 30302001.
My set top box is covered under the so called"AMC".
Now is there anyone in DISHTV who can resolve this small problem???
I also want that the loss of revinue of these 7 days be bared by the company.
I also want afull refund of all the installation charge of Rs 3000/- if still the problem cannot be finished and in that case I would like to discontinue with the services of DISHTV.
