Iam Rohan Nair from pune iam a regular user of Dishtv for the past 3 years. I recharged my Dishtv on 21st march and despite the fact all this the channels are still not present and the screen displays that 'CALL CUSTOMER CARE ON 1860-180-3474' . this kind of service is not at all accpeted from Some1 like DISHTV WHich boast of having the best picture quality and also claims to be No1 in its field.
I tried to contact the customer care 3 times and all the times these people used to just say that they cant see any details as the system is under maintainence. Is this what Dishtv has set up its customer care centre for?
Please take appropriate action on the same.
