Change of Plan from Platinum to Silver

Hi,

I am vijay panaday resident of northe bastar kanker, Chhattisgarh. My VC No 01508466849 & mobile no. 09425259990.

please change plan Platinum to Silver. I think this is the hidden strategy used by Dish TV service to make money as I have seen many complaints of similar nature on consumer forum.
