Sir, I, the dishtv customer with Smart Card No.01500956297 am unable to see SVBC Channel since a fortnight. I waited for these days. However, I could not get it even to this day. Please update it and inform at the earlier. Our Dish TV Agent in Bangalore is not attending problems properly and demands money for his every visit. Due to the repeated fault of the antenna or something I do not know, I am having this problem. However, I was demanded money every time. How is possible? Shall I approach Consumer Forum? Or will you do the needful?
