For last 10 days I am getting 'no signal' from my dishtv. i have already called up the customer care 5 times and have been given 3 complaint numbers but so far no engineer has turned up.
they assure to get the problem fixed in 24-48 hours but it seems they actually mean 24-48 months or i wonder even that is so.
i want to ask the company whether they will refund the money for the days we are without the service. this is a serious matter and can be taken to consumer court. we are not getting the service after paying for it. the company is liable to either give us the service or pay for the damages.
their catch line "Thoda aur wish karo" should be changed to "thoda aur wait karo".
is there any way out?
