We are dishtv subscriber. Inspite of paying regular subscription, there in no proper srvice of many channels, specified in the pacakege (DISH MAXY-Rs.300). The channel displays the following message in its window:-
"301.SIGNAL NOT FOUND
Check that your set top box is properly connected to the dishtv antenna.
If the problem persists, please call 1-860-180-3474."
Even after calling on cutomer care and sending lot of messages to the given no.(57575) thwere is no proper action taken and no response is being given.
