Sir/ madam

with due respect i wish to bring to ur kind notice that i made subscription renewal payment of Rs.1800 through ITz card telephonically (between 24/10 to 27/10). now i am told that no such payment has been made. unfortunately i dont have the tranaction ID and the ITZ cards have been destroyed by me. At the time of payment i was told that the next renewal date is somewhere in the month of May. But now payed channel are not available. Please guide me how can i trace the details of my transactioc? I ll be obliged.
