I have been a DISH Tv Customer since December & since last 6 months I have been regularly facing the issue with Signal quality. Every month I get messgae on myTV "301-Signal Not Found". For every visit, the executive charges Rs.150 to Rs.170 for rectifying the issue.
I am sure that the technicians are not fixing the problem & trying to make more money on every visit. This kind of service & attitude is not expected from DISH TV brand. Even the dealers are not having complete information regarding the recharge & Annual maintenance contract details. I have regularly reported this problem to the customer care but till date no action has been taken.
Kindly rectify atthe earliest else I will need to lodge a legal complaint in consumer forum.
