Dish TV India has a very bad customer service. Average wait time before you get through to a customer service rep is about 20 minutes (I counted). Regardless of the problem they first take you through the routine of getting your set top box ID, your name, phone and email address. After that they make you go through a set of routines in the set top box. In my case all channels from Zee showed no signal but all other channels show fine. Maybe the antennna is partial to signals from Zee television ;-))
The rep tells me there is an antenna misalignment and that a representative will come "within 48 hours". Last time the rep never turned up at all. Let's see what happens this time.
