Poor reception quality and bad behaviour by staff attending phone calls

My Vc is 01505243799. I have paid full subscription for one year but have not enjoyed dish tv india programme even for a day. I have made so many complaints but every time I'm told 'sorry, your complaint has been forwarded, it will take 48 hours (480 years) to process the complaints. It is wonderful, take money and say sorry, Is Mr. Subhash the chief boss is listening, I'm paying money for no use. I talked to Ms. Priya, Mukesh and Tariq on Phone no 033-60013474. Today I mailed that I wish to buy a new connection. Ms. Nidhi from Noida office spoke to me after 3 hrs. but no service for 4 months to old customers. This is the way dishtv India is earning and paying big stars who do modelling for them.
