Numer of channels low as per rate, Very poor service, Poor cuctomer care

Sir,

Buying a dish is a one time process. The strength of the company lies in the after sale service/ support/ latest ammendmaents as per changing market.

As per the rate charged by dish tv for a package is comparitively much higher and the number of channels are much less compared to mthe other dth services.

New channels like BINDAAS, COLORS, UTV MOVIES etc are never been telecast.

My recent experience with Dish TV shows that the after sales support of Dish TV is pathetic and deplorable. the customer care executive are illeterate with no experience to talk. it seems that a bunch of illeterate people have been employed there who just come there to pass their time.

nearly half the time 8- 10 channels are never on air. There is always a problem in the signal. I take the maxi pack everymonth and fell myself to be fooled by watching only half of the channels.

My problem is never seen into altousg I have contacted DISH TV a hell number of times.

DISHTV THINKS THAT IT HAS A DIPLOMANCY IN THE MARKET BUT IT FAILS TO UNDERSTAND THAT TODAY IS A DAY OF SERVICE AND PEOPLE TODAY HAVE MORE OPTIONS TO GET INTO.

I WILL MNAKS SURE THAT EVERYPERSON THAT I MEET COMES TO KNOW THE REALITY BEHIND DIDHTV
