We have prepaid the home loan amount 6 months back, however company is playing by not giving the original document to us, even after collecting the amount. They are demanding for penal interest which is not applicable for this preclosure. They are not even responding for any communication even from HO or branch. So I have decided to approach legal court to solve this issue. Expect some guidance about this issue.
