I deposited a cheque for Rs. 2500 as advance payment against a bill No. 443919 dated 3/3 for Water connection no. 21661 which was actually for Rs. 551.
The payment of Rs. 2500 has not been credited and recent bills from DJB (dated 23/7/08 and 4/10/08) show that no payment has been made as penality is being compounded without any of my fault.
