Corruption for each registered post

I am from Avaniapuram, Tanjavur District, State of Tamil Nadu, South India.

I got complaint about that person [Mr. Solai malai, Post Master of Avaniapuram branch], He is always often asking amount to deliver registered post Such as passport, foreign draft, check and also money order [Minimum Rs.300-/ per person]. If, we ask to him about this amount, he said, this is for insurance policy and under instructed by postal head office of India. It is same like as a Corruption. Who will take legal action for this corruption? Ok, if any person pay that amount for that policy, he will keep that amount for his own use. Because, effected person willn't pay amount for that policy on second month. So, he is getting Rs.300/- per person. Approximately, 15 persons per month,

15 multiply into 300 = 4500. This is additional corruption amount for that fucker.
