Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour
I have not recived important Cheque from my party in the name of West Life (Calicut) the party had couried through professional courier for delivery on 16th Nov paying Rs 40/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They also gaveto my party 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!
When i came to know my Courier have still not received i spoke with my party West Life (Calicut) office where they gave Docket No -CLT 2888264 on dated- 16/11/09 i had enquire. And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!
Only after i informed then the status, different employee came up with differest status! Someone telling us that we have recieved the courier and they have an signed & our office stamped copy with them. Nobody is bothered and behaving a little responsible also. They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. Till today i am chasing them to get the things back atleast so that i can recieve my courier. This kind of behaviour is highly irresponsible from Un (professional) courier service. Steing action should be definitely taken against this Dadar branch office.
