Short supply of gas on every delievery

I found every time your delievery boy delievering the LPG gas in quantity and they have no answer for less quantity. As I observed in one LPG cylinder their shortage is 2- 3 gas.

Secondly they are time to delievery of gas for 1 weeks, after discussion regarding the matter they are saying this is only due to shortage of gas. Is it correct??

Pls revert the same as on priority basis.
