I bought a Modem (Model: GLB-502T-V2) and within 4 months of buying it has got a problem and I have got it repaired. But once I switched it on, I found that the bug was not fixed at all and delivered to me as it was before.
I am quite frustrated at your unprofessional handling of customer complaints.

I informed the same to the customer service [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] and DLink didn't even show courtsey to reply to my email. All I can suggest to potential DLink customers is to stay away from DLink.
