Dear Sir,
I have not recived my doc delivery through ABW No 628415042.The agent who was suppose to
deliver me the mail talked to me day before yesterday on telephone and told me that probably my document has been misplaced along with some other documents and that he would see what can be done about it. I would like to
lodge a formal complaint as follows.
The document that has been misplaced is my PAN card. I may take some more trouble and make a new card, but what is the guarantee that the old misplaced card is not misused by somebody? Also ovenite courier services is
being used by IRCTC: railways, PAN services, etc. These all documents are very important and If they are not delivered on time to the customer, it cause lots of mental and physical harrasement.
I would like your senior management to see what actually is the problem and take some remedial action so that such things are not repeated in future.
